The Therapy for Success Weight Management programme is designed to help you understand the science behind weight loss, and then we will use indirect suggestion and guided relaxation to consolidate your learning.

Working together, I will guide you towards successfully making lifestyle changes that YOU want to make. Helping you to thrive!

But, let me manage some expectations now; there is no silver bullet for losing weight.

We will not be using techniques such as a ‘hypnotic gastric band‘, and we won’t be causing you an aversion to specific foods such as sugar, or carbs or crisps or wine or anything like that.

Because you can still lose weight and eat some of your favourite foods!

So, what will we be doing?

What we will be doing is exploring some of the reasons we gain weight, and why it’s so, so hard for you to lose weight when you try.

And you might come to realise that the ‘problem’…is often not actually the problem.

Losing weight will not necessarily make you happy, but being happy will help you lose weight!

And don’t get me wrong, this isn’t about you coming to terms with your weight, and getting you to accept how you look and feel (although that might happen to some degree!).

There are a plethora of reasons that people want, or need, to lose weight. But ultimately, those reasons are your own and you won’t be spotlighted or asked to share your experiences unless you want to.

In fact, you don’t even need to have your camera on, use your real when you dial-in or even speak during the group sessions at all!
