I usually recommend to my clients that they listen to these when they’re ready to go to sleep, but you can listen to them throughout the day whenever you need to find peace of mind for 20 minutes or so. Just don’t listen to them when you’re driving a car or operating any other heavy machinery!
You can listen to my podcast via Spotify or Apple Podcasts. In them, I break down the ‘science’ of the brain into simple, easy to understand language and talk through why it is we think and feel the way we do. Each episode is relatively short, but they’re full of useful hints and tips on how to improve your mode and keep yourself well.
